8 Feb 2009 - TSW update
The September When performed "Don't Call The Cops" and "Bullet Me" at the Gullfisken awards in Oslo on Saturday 31 January.
On Thursday 22 January, The September When started their tour of Norway. The concert received a score of 3 out of 6 by Dagbladet reviewers and 4 out of 6 in Stavanger Aftenblad. A video clip from the first night can be seen at: www.aftenbladet.no.
The setlist, according to Stavanger Aftenblad:
- Sometimes Serious
- Can I Trust You
- Villain
- True Loving Man
- Judas Kiss
- Let The Rain Fall
- Not Impressed
- We Want The Truth, Bubba
- Don't Call The Cops
- King For A Day
- Cries Like A Baby
- I Can Take It
- Mama Won't Tell You No Lie
- Bullet Me
- Leave To Wonder
- Fish Song
- The Garden Party
It seems that the setlist wasn't entirely accurate. The reviewer wrote that "Fish Song" was among several forgettable songs of the evening. Drummer Stene Osmundsen writes sarcastically on TSW's official site that "We can agree with the reviewer that "Fish Song" was forgettable, since we can't remember playing that song at all."
Morten's wife, Gry, recently gave birth to a boy, Julian Augustin. Rogalands Avis' report from the concert had the headline "Julian's father was radiant on stage": www.rogalandsavis.no

Stavanger Aftenblad revealed a few days ago that all the TSW members will take part in Nordsjørittet - an 83 kilometer bicycle race from Egersund to Sandnes which takes place on 13 June.
Gulleiv Wee said: "I can confirm that all the band members will be taking part. And then we'll see how it goes. Most of us are in pretty good shape. Drummer Stene Osmundsen will probably be an obstacle, but now we'll be getting Stene into shape.": www.aftenbladet.no
